These terms apply to your use of luxdecorationsusa.com and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and what is included in the box. Photographs are representative — colours can appear differently between screens, and handmade or natural materials such as stone and ceramic vary from piece to piece. Small variations of this kind are not faults.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays and severe weather can add time. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns
You may return an order within 30 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Using this website
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to copy its content for commercial use. The text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to us or to our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying the products you order in line with these terms. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses arising from use of a product in a way it was not intended. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
