We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email dnamemecoingoat@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.
Return shipping costs
- If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we pay for the return label. Send us a photo with your email and we will arrange it.
- For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5-10 business days for the money to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us straight away so we can put it right.
